The recently established clv fund has been established as a partnership between Transfield Holdings and a number of major Australian superannuation funds. The Fund has an exclusive mandate to finance, operate and develop student accommodation.

The Campus Living Villages fund is managed by Campus Living Funds Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of >Transfield Holdings. The Transfield Group has a 50 year history as an infastructure and property developer, owner and operator in the Asia Pacific region.
